Federal Signal Vama presents the ALPR Magnetic Cam System, formed by two license plate recognition cameras. Each ALPR cameras incorporates an IR camera to recognise vehicle license plates and a colour camera to take pictures of the entire vehicle. It provides high performance thanks to the built-in filter and flash, achieving excellent headlight and sunlight blocking.

The ALPR Magnetic Cam System can be easily fitted and removed from the car with full guarantees, thanks to its 8 powerful magnets and 8 built-in suction cups.

• DUAL LENS SYSTEM: Each ALPR system incorporates an IR camera to recognise vehicle license plates and a colour camera to take pictures of the entire vehicle.
• URBAN AND INTERURBAN APPLICATIONS: ALPR systems have been designed for more exacting traffic applications, such as vehicle traffic in cities, parked vehicles and license plate recognition on roads with two lanes.
• LIGHT BLOCKING: The filter and flash system built into ALPR systems can block vehicle headlight and sun light.
• DEFOGGER SYSTEM: ALPR systems are filled with nitrogen to prevent the lenses from fogging up.
• QUICK INSTALLATION: The ALPR magnetic CAM system can be quickly fitted and removed from the vehicle thanks to its magnets and suction cups. It includes power cable with cigarette plug.
